Sunday Shout Out 45

Recently, I introduced a new feature here at In the Hammock on Sundays. It's called "Sunday Shout Out" and it's a place where I can give a special shout out to those publishers and authors who have sent me books over the week, as well as those bloggers who have hosted contests that I've won! I'll also be giving shout outs to any other cool books, blogs or bookish news that I've spotted during the week.

For Review

"Cinderella Stays Late" Grimmtastic Girls #1 by Joan Holub and Suzanne Williams

Yay!! A brand new series by the authors of the Goddess Girls series! I was so excited to receive these books for review!

"Red Riding Hood Gets Lost" Grimmtastic Girls #2 by Joan Holub and Suzanne Williams

"A Year with Six Sisters' Stuff" by Six Sisters' Stuff

I really enjoyed the first cookbook by these ladies, I can't wait to read their newest installment!

What books did you receive this week?

  1. I got the Grimstastic books too from NetGalley, I'm really excited :D

  2. Ahh the Joan Holub books look super cute. I will have to keep them in mind for my daughter when she is a tad bit older. Six Sisters I follow them on Pinterest but there recipes are hit or miss for me as I like to cook with real ingredients and not cake mixes and such. I hope you enjoy it!

  3. Oh I love the look of the Six Sisters book! I'll have to seek that one out! That cheesecake in the bottom corner is making my mouth water!

  4. The Grimmtastic Girls look fun! I'll have to tell my daughter. She loved The Goddess Girls.

  5. My niece would love the Grimmtastic books. And yay on the cookbook. I actually took my first cookbook for review this week. Enjoy!

  6. Ohhh! I love Six Sisters…I didn't even know they had a cookbook. I must check that out. Enjoy all of your books!

  7. I saw the Grimmtastic books on Candace's blog and thought they looked similar. Then saw the authors' names. I love they have taken on Fairy Tales!!
Oh, and I subscribe to the Six Sisters website. They have great recipes!! Hope you like the cookbook.
