In My Mailbox (3)

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren, and is a way for everyone to show off their new books for the week, including those bought, swapped, won, or received for review.

Swapped:

It Ain't All About the Cookin' by Paula Deen

I've been wanting this autobiography for quite some time, have any of you read it? Can't wait to start reading!

Next up, a blast from the past! I'm so excited to have swapped not one but two classic Sunfire teen romances this week! If you have never read a Sunfire romance, you are missing out!! They are classic teen romances from the 80s/early 90s each set in a different historical time period, with a strong teen heroine and two handsome young men vying for her heart!

  5. Yep, I got lots of Pride and Prejudice this week. I've been wanting to see those old P&P adaptations for such a long time and now I finally ordered them. I watched the 1940s one during the weekend and I must say that it was pretty funny! :DD

  6. I had completely forgotten about the Sunfire romance books. I adored them as a teen, and they're probably the reason I still love historical fiction so much. I can't wait to see how you like them now!

  10. i LOVE the Sunfire. I just recently got the rest of the books and now I have all of them on my shelves. I scoured used bookstores, PaperBackSwap, and used stores online. Granted, I haven't read all of them but I most definitely enjoyed the ones I did read when I was a kid. These need to be put back into print! Happy reading!
