In My Mailbox (8)

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren, and is a way for everyone to show off their new books for the week, including those bought, swapped, won, or received for review.

Swapped:

Seducing the Heiress by Olivia Drake

I've read a lot of great reviews of this one! Can't wait to read it!

"Sorcery and Cecilia or the Enchanted Chocolate Pot" by Patricia C. Wrede

I've loved everything I've read by this author, I hope this series is great too!

What did you receive in your mailbox this week?

  1. I'm generally not one for fantasy novels, but that title by Wrede sounds fun - and doesn't hurt having the word chocolate in the title! :)

  6. I tried reading the first Sorcery and Cecilia book a while back and for some reason couldn't get into it. I think I might have to try it again cause I keep seeing the books and they sound so tempting! Happy reading!

  9. Amazon Prime is a service you pay for yearly, but you get free 2-day shipping, so that you don't have to have $25 in your cart in order to get their free shipping. Amazon was running a special trial promotion right after christmas, so I signed up for the fun of it. I see they're running a one-month free trial promo now, if you're interested. My friend and coworker has it and she uses it all the time, not just for books but dvd's, cd's, and other stuff. The idea of "free" quick shipping is rather tempting.

  16. Both books look good! Curious what an enchanted chocolate pot would actually do? Magically fill up with chocolate? If so, where can I get one? *L*

    Happy reading!
